My Story

I'm the daughter of two self-employed, endlessly hardworking parents and the granddaughter of a successful entrepreneur. My whole life has been examples of following the heart and owning one's own business. And it's brought me here.

I was 8 years old when my mom first had me help her design a real estate flyer. By the age of 20 I was her licensed real estate assistant while in business school, and dove full-time into real estate upon graduation. I love helping people toward homeownership and I love showcasing homes.

My real talent has been developing our team's marketing, branding, systems and processes. I'm a linear thinker with an aptitude for spotting areas of improvement and implementing changes accordingly. I get so excited thinking of ways I can improve our business, my friend's small businesses, and the world around me.

I have endless appreciation and respect for small business owners - those who take their talents and their passions and share them with the world. I also understand that often those talents and passions don't always carry over to business planning, marketing strategies, systems, processes, and design.

And that's where my skills in those areas and passion for solving problems for others comes in. I want to help you and your business reach your goals. I am here to ignite and support growth and improvement in your business.

My Mission is

to be a catalyst for change, improvement and success in small businesses.

Over the Years

The Early Years

Graduated from Monroe High School as an ASB Vice President and Valedictorian. I was known for annoying the principal with requests to improve the school. 10 years later I learned they finally painted the school the right colors (thank you)!

Sometimes it's the long play.

I Love College

I loved being ultra-involved in college. In addition to my degree in Business Management + minor in psychology, I spent two years in student government. Rewrote bylaws, managed relations between students and administration, and learned Robert's Rules.

And every weekend I was riding my horse and competing on an international level.

Did not need sleep.

Real Estate

While in college I obtained my real estate license and took it full time upon graduation. Have helped  many people with their dream of homeownership. Along the way I overwhelmed my dear boss mom with all the new systems, checklists, and tracking documents for our team. Obsessed over countless marketing pieces and learned that my OCD attention to detail mattered.

I Still Love College

Apparently I couldn't get enough of helping out Seattle University so I joined the GOLD Council (Graduates of the Last Decade) as a volunteer position. Rewrote bylaws, managed a name & brand change,  and served as President for 2 years. Learned a lot about managing change and setting reasonable expectations.

Let me help you change your business,

change your life, change the world.
